Parts not included in service pricing. If your machine needs replacement parts (belts, motors, feed dogs, etc.), we'll source them and add the cost to your written estimate before ordering. We do not mark up parts significantly — we'd rather keep your business long-term.

How It Works
Schedule a drop-off appointment online. Bring your machine, foot pedal, and power cord.
We diagnose the issue and send you a written estimate within 24–48 hours. No work starts without your go-ahead.
Once approved, we complete the repair and test-sew the machine on multiple fabrics to verify performance.
We'll notify you when your machine is ready. Pay at pickup — cash, card, or Venmo accepted.
